Seed Starting Workshop - April 18th @10am

$100.00

Growing a cut flower garden has changed our lives for the better, and we know that it can do the same for you!

During our Seed Starting Workshop, we will teach you everything you need to know about growing your own cut flower garden, from seed to vase. We will walk you through subjects such as soil health, where to buy cut flower seeds and supplies, seed starting basics, and how to care for your garden throughout the summer months. You will be growing 12+ of our favorite cut flower varieties and will have enough plants for an 10×10 garden. This is a fantastic learning opportunity for all gardeners!

You will leave our workshop with:

  1. A 72 cell tray of started cut flower seeds (that you will plant at the workshop).

  2. Extra seeds to direct sow into your garden.

  3. A surprise dahlia tuber (depending on the success of storage)

  4. Our growing guide to refer to during the summer months.

  5. LOTS of great information to start your flower growing adventure!

Important information:

Workshop date: April 18th 2026

Time: 10am-12pm

Location: Apohaqui Recreation Centre - 16 Jones Memorial Park Road, Apohaqui, NB

Item to bring:

  • A pen for taking notes (you can write notes in your growing guide)

  • Garden gloves (if you’d rather not get your hands dirty)

We hope to see you there!
